Four Red Dot Design Awards for Ericsson Radio System products

The Red Dot Product Design Award is one of the world's largest design competitions. In 2019, designers and manufacturers from 55 countries entered more than 5,500 products in the competition.

Ericsson received distinction in the Product Design 2019 award for its products' outstanding design, level of innovation, functionality, formal quality, longevity and ergonomics.

Peter Zec, Founder and CEO, Red Dot, congratulated Ericsson on the wonderful success.

The fact that their products were able to satisfy the strict criteria of the jury bears testimony to their award-winning design quality, he says. (They) are thus setting key trends in the design industry and are showing where future directions may lead.

The awards are not the first time Ericsson excellence has been recognized by Red Dot.

In August 2018 Ericsson Design System and Ericsson rebrand won two Red Dot Awards for Brand and Interface design. Ericsson brand design and user experience

Ericsson also won five Red Dot Awards for hardware products in 2017; two Red Dot Awards in 2016; and two IF Design Awards 2013 as well!
