Vizrt begins the process of purchase of Mosart Medialab La adquisici n, de la que no ha transcendido su valoraci n econ mica, supondr la total integraci n del sistema de automatizaci n Mosart en la cartera de productos de Vizrt.
TV 2 Gruppen, compa a matriz de Mosart Medialab, ha firmado un pliego de condiciones no vinculante con Vizrt por el que la empresa especializada en grafismo avanzado y flujos de trabajo inteligentes adquirir todas las acciones emitidas de Mosart. La adquisici n, de la que no ha transcendido su valoraci n econ mica, supondr la total integraci n del sistema de automatizaci n Mosart en la cartera de productos de Vizrt.
John Kjellevold, CEO de Mosart Medialab, ha destacado que la tecnolog a Mosart aportar una funcionalidad nica a la oferta de soluciones de flujo de trabajo de Vizrt, y nuestros productos ya est n muy bien integrado, gracias al trabajo conjunto m s all de satisfacer las necesidades espec ficas de nuestros clientes mutuos. En el futuro, como parte de Vizrt, Mosart se beneficiar del gran volumen de ventas internacionales de Vizrt, as como de su s lida reputaci n y su reconocimiento de marca. Esto nos permitir fortalecer el valor de la automatizaci n Mosart para los usuarios en una amplia gama de los mercados .
La automatizaci n Mosart permite a muy pocos operadores controlar producciones complejas mediante una interfaz de software intuitiva. El sistema Mosart recoge las entradas procedentes del sistema de newsroom, controla los sistemas y dispositivos, y permite al operador mantener el control tanto de las emisiones regulares como de las noticias de ltima hora.
