A first look at returning hit Sky Original Production Delicious with Dawn French and Emilia Fox

Dawn French, Emilia Fox, Iain Glen and Sheila Hancock return in the new series of Delicious and this time theyre joined by the legendary Italian film star Franco Nero (Django).

Delicious centres on Dawn and Emilias characters in a compelling story of love, heartbreak, food and friendship, where things are never as they seem. The four-part Sky Original Production for Sky One will air this December.

Dawn French plays passionate cook Gina, who has inherited the Penrose hotel and restaurant together with the glamorous Sam (Emilia Fox), both former wives of the deceased head chef Leo Vincent (Iain Glen). Since Sky Ones last visit to the Penrose, Gina and Sams business has been booming, their delicate friendship has lasted and they are on the lookout for a new prot g in the kitchen. Unfortunately, its not long before the dynamics of family, love, rivalry and life start to get in the way of their success. Not least when Ginas estranged father (Franco Nero) turns up at the doorstep combined with further surprises from the past and the impact of Leos legacy.

Delicious also stars Sheila Hancock as Leos mother Mimi, Tanya Reynolds as Ginas daughter Teresa, Ruairi OConnor as Sams son Michael and Iain Glen as Leo Vincent. Aaron Anthony also joins the cast as Adam, the new prot g at the Penrose hotel.

Series two of Delicious will air on Sky One in late December 2017.
