Covid 19 impact and update on capital redistribution

Incoming Net Insight CEO acquires shares in the company Crister Fritzson, incoming CEO of Net Insight, has today acquired 11,715,000 shares in the company, at a price of SEK 1.71 per share. His total holding amounts to 11,732,000 shares.

Crister Fritzson is leaving his current assignment as CEO during March and will assume the CEO position at Net Insight on April 1, 2020.
