Mediaproxy announced it has worked closely with Foxtel to upgrade and expand the existing LogServer installation to deliver the next generation logging and monitoring system in its Sydney based facility. A total of over 200 HD and SD channels will be recorded and monitored with Mediaproxys industry leading system. LogServer will provide several qualities of service and compliance applications by monitoring all of its television services.

Foxtel uses Mediaproxys LogServer ASI and LogServer IP technology to ensure that all content and meta data is recorded, instantly available, precise and is the basis of compliance verification with government broadcast legislation. LogServer provides seamless access to both proxy and native MPEG transmission media for playback and review via its intuitive LogPlayer web and LogPlayer IP interfaces. Live streaming and monitoring is provided via Mediaproxys hybrid Monwall multi-viewer application. Monwall also provides, accurate EIT, closed caption, transport stream error, audio and loudness monitoring.
