Netflix reveals the first images of the ambitious documentary series 4K Our Planet fruit of four years of filming The series, filmed in 50 countries over four years, has been produced by Silverback Films, whose director, Alastair Fothergill, was the creator of the acclaimed Planet Earth and Blue Planet.

This arduous project has required four years of filming in 50 countries and on every continent of the world. His team of more than 600 members, has spent more than 3,500 days of shooting. The series will address the great diversity of habitats on our planet, from the Arctic wilderness and mysterious ocean depths to the vast plains of Africa and varied jungles of South America.
Sir David Attenborough, World-famous naturalist, will give voice to the series in English-speaking territories. Local storytellers will be announced in 2019.
