The Xtra Factor is back this year with more backstage banter, laughter and outrageous antics than ever as Caroline Flack is joined by brand new co-host, comedian Matt Richardson.

Much-loved host and TV beauty Caroline Flack is back for her third series of The Xtra Factor and this time she has teamed up with 22-year-old stand-up comedian Matt Richardson.

Caroline and her new partner in crime accompany the judges as they travel across the country in pursuit of the next big singing sensation. They will be in the thick of it getting the immediate and uncensored reactions of all of the auditionees from the small room auditions to the arena auditions in front of a 4,000 strong audience.

As well as putting the contestants under the microscope to find out exactly how they feel about their performances, they will have the inside track on all the backstage gossip and exclusive auditions including a Sharon lookalike, and a Jonas brothers mega fan

This year will bring more access than ever to the judges, Gary Barlow, Nicole Scherzinger, Louis Walsh and veteran judge Sharon Osbourne. Tonight Matt meets the judges for the first time and gets a quizzing from Gary Barlow. Also Caroline and Matt play the classic game of would you rather with the judges.
