SNS EVO Becomes Ross Video's First Certified SAN + NAS Solution for XPression Real-Time Motion Graphics System

Las Vegas, NV, NAB Conference, Booth SL12413 (April 13, 2015) Studio Network Solutions (SNS), leading manufacturer of shared storage solutions for broadcast, film, video, VFX, graphic animation and audio workgroups, today announced a strategic partnership with Ross Video (BOOTH N3906) making SNS EVO the first certified SAN + NAS solution for Ross Video's XPression clip servers and real-time graphics engines.

EVO is a complete networked server solution that combines a high-performance storage array with extensive connectivity options and a fully video-centric tool set including native Avid bin and project sharing, cloud integration, and easy-to-use asset management via EVO's ShareBrowser application. EVO is available in 16 bay, 8 bay, and 4 bay configurations, with scalability up to nearly half a petabyte per node.

XPression is Ross Video's premier line of real-time graphics systems, virtual reality rendering engines, production servers, and comprehensive workflow tools. There is almost no limit to the graphics tasks that XPression solutions can handle. With multiple hardware platforms, software applications, and workflow tools, along with connectivity to many other products, XPression fits into almost any environment imaginable. XPression delivers complete solutions that are comprised of multiple components for a range of applications including: news, elections, sports, entertainment, branding, touchscreen, social media, virtual sets, and augmented reality.
