Arvato Systems receives strong ratings in nine out of ten categories

G tersloh - Which IT service provider is well versed in which topics? Who can be relied on? Who can really help? The business magazine brand eins and the market researchers at Statista got to the bottom of these questions. Arvato Systems was pleased with the results: the IT specialist again made the top list, scoring nine out of ten application areas.

The brand eins best list is based on a survey of experts (IT service providers and IT freelancers) and customers of IT service providers. This year, 5878 people took part in the survey, of which 2965 were experts (i.e., providers) and 2913 were customers. The field period of the survey ran from May 10 to June 18, 2021.

Arvato Systems received a top rating for the third time this year. Respondents recommended them in a total of nine areas: IT security, managed services & outsourcing, cloud services, network & storage, mobility, communication & collaboration, software implementation & maintenance, hardware implementation & maintenance, and IT consulting.

According to Statista, critical criteria for the assessment are market awareness and company recommendation by study participants. Inclusion in the list of best performers thus demonstrates the positive market perception of Arvato Systems, which is also reflected in other recent professional awards such as the Platinum Service Provider Award or first place as IT Champion for Cloud Migration by Computerwoche.
