(Link ping, Sweden, November 09, 2021) - Agama Technologies, the specialist in video service quality and customer experience, today announces that POST Luxembourg has selected Agama's Client Device Monitoring (CDM) and OTT Analyzer solution to expand its STB and OTT analytics capabilities for its IPTV services to maximize client experience.
POST Luxembourg, the largest provider of telecom services in Luxembourg, chose Agama's solution, offering enhanced real-time deep analysis on the head-end side before IPTV streaming goes into the network and origin service. Furthermore, Agama's CDM will enable POST Luxembourg to get valuable information on service quality and device health.
The Agama OTT Head-End Analyzer provides real-time insights into the ABR stream integrity and encoding quality. The CDM solution provides detailed high-resolution, real-time information on video service quality and viewer experience. It also provides customer data specially designed for use in customer care applications.
Agama will provide us with a better view into our IPTV quality of experience. With this solution, we will be able to monitor our streams end to end, from the head-end up to the Set-Top Box. This will allow us to identify potential issues faster and more accurately. These precise metrics will help us recognize trends in the services we deliver, to make sure that our quality is continuously improving , says Georges Klosen, Head of the Telecom Applications & ICT department at POST Luxembourg.
