Actors and Extras Casting Call

An epic dramatic piece brought to you by the Producers and Director of The Last Bullet, Chia Stanley Kisuh and Jacques Brown. Despite this project being an unfunded independent feature film they have secured Anthony Oyesemi in the lead role as Kisuh.

An International actor who has appeared in numerous featured films in the U.K., Nigeria and South Africa. Strike Back, Jacobs Cross, Wild at Heart, The Runaway and Sweetheart are amongst just a few of the titles under his belt. Anthony will be acting with an ensemble cast of accomplished South African, Cameroonian and Nigerian actors like Thembi Jones, Billings Siwila.

Characters needed:

Pastors Wife

Black female, aged 30 to 40, fluent English. A supporting role as a Pastor's wife who disagrees with the way her husband ministers to the community around her that's exposed to violence and poverty on a daily basis. She fears for her son who is attracted to the lifestyle of a crime boss living and moving in the area. She eventually has to deal with the death of her son who is killed when their home is robbed.

Pastors Son

Black male, aged 10 to 14, fluent English. A supporting role as the son of a Pastor who wants to be like a local crime boss. He watches, follows and witnesses the gang under the rule of the crime boss and wants to be like them. During a robbery at his home he is shot by one of the gangsters escaping the scene and he dies.

Melani

Black or coloured female, aged 18 to 25, good looking. A supporting role as a sexy young woman who is involved with the gang members. She looks after her brother Wemba and introduces him into a world that will eventually take his life.

Dom

Female, any ethnicity, fluent English, aged 25 to 35. A supporting role as an undercover detective who works with her partner and tries to build a case against the crime boss. She is beautiful and uses her sex appeal to infiltrate the gang while her partner covers her movements from a distance.

Tasha

Black female, aged 18 to 25, good looking. A young woman who hangs around the gang members.

Coloured Man

Coloured male, aged 30 to 40. The character is a violent gangster who beats up his wife and gets beaten by one of the gang members who interrupts what's happening.

Coloured Woman

Coloured female, aged 25 to 40. Requires good acting for a physically challenging performance as she gets beaten up by her husband.

Extras

We require various extras for various scenes of all ages.
