Kundenoptimierte Mechatronikmodule - Integrierte Drehmomentsensorik f r h chste Pr zision und Effizienz bei Steuerung und berwachung
Mit der neuen magnetoelastischen Drehmomentsensorik k nnen die Materialspannungen in einer Welle unmittelbar gemessen und in ein Drehmomentsignal umgerechnet werden. Damit bietet Schaeffler eine mechatronische L sung, um Anwendungen und Prozesse wesentlich exakter zu berwachen und zu steuern, da das Drehmoment genau dort erfasst wird, wo es eingebracht wird. St rende Einflussgr en im Antriebsstrang wie Torsionssteifigkeiten, Temperatureinfl sse und Verluste k nnen im Gegensatz zur herk mmlichen Drehmomentmessung auf ein Minimum reduziert werden. Im Vergleich zu bisher oft eingesetzten Dehnungsmessstreifen (DMS) geschieht die Messung langzeitstabil, da es keine Klebeverbindung zum Sensor gibt. Da das Drehmoment anhand einer Ver nderung des magnetischen Feldes und nicht unter Auswertung von Verdrehwinkeln gemessen wird, muss die Welle nicht geschw cht werden. Die Steifigkeit des Antriebs wird somit nicht durch das Messsystem beeintr chtigt.
Einbaufertige, anwendungsoptimierte Mechatronikmodule
Das FAG-Drehmomentmessmodul von Schaeffler ist so aufgebaut, dass die Sensoren an verschiedenste Geometrien angepasst werden k nnen. Realisierbar sind zur Zeit Wellendurchmesser bis ca.100 mm; der Messbereich erstreckt sich auf 100 Nm bis 20 kNm. Prinzipbedingt verf gen die Sensoren ber eine hohe Linearit t und eine ausgesprochen kleine Hysterese; erreichbare Genauigkeiten liegen bei ca. 1% des Messbereiches. Die Sensormodule erlauben zus tzlich zum Drehmoment die Messung der Drehzahl und damit die Berechnung der bertragenen Leistung. So ist auch die Belastungshistorie der Lagerungen und des Antriebes ermittelbar, also das tats chliche Lastkollektiv. Als Anbieter von Lager- und Subsysteml sungen ist Schaeffler in der Lage, die Drehmomentsensorik als einbaufertige Module anzubieten. Die Schaeffler-Anwendungstechniker sind nicht nur auf W lzlager sondern auch auf branchenspezifische Mechatronikmodule spezialisiert und k nnen so mit den Kunden optimale L sungen entwickeln. Mit der M glichkeit zur exakten berwachung von Maschinenzustand und -prozess durch die Erfassung des Drehmoments bietet Schaeffler eine wichtige Voraussetzung f r vernetzte und intelligente Prozesse auf dem Weg zu Industrie 4.0.
Erste Anwendungen in der Landtechnik
Erste Anwendungen der Drehmomentsensortechnologie finden sich in der Landtechnik. Dies verwundert nicht, denn die Landtechnik z hlt zu den innovativsten Branchen berhaupt: autonomes Fahren elektronisch gekoppelter Fahrzeuge (elektronische Deichsel), Sensorik f r die Bodenqualit t w hrend der berfahrt, digitale Schlag- und Ertragskarten, die Vernetzung mittels Isobus und Steuerungsstrategien f r den zielgerichteten Einsatz von S streuern, D ngemittelstreuern, Bodenbearbeitungs- und Erntemaschinen sind nur einige Beispiele. Die Landtechnik ist inzwischen voll digitalisiert. W hrend die Digitalisierung die Pr zision auf der Steuerungsseite ganz wesentlich verbessert hat, m ssen die elektrischen, mechanischen oder hydraulischen Aktoren diese Pr zision auch umsetzen k nnen. Genau hier bieten die neuen Drehmomentsensoren gro es Potenzial.
Drehmomentgesteuerter Dungstreuer
Ziel von Streuern aller Art ist ein m glichst konstantes Streubild und eine gleichm ige Verteilung des Streuguts. Sparsamer und auf den Boden abgestimmter Umgang mit Saatgut, D ngemitteln und Dung erh hen die Ertr ge und die Wirtschaftlichkeit. Fliegl Agrartechnik setzt f r ein m glichst pr zises Streuergebnis bei seinen neuen Dungstreuern auf ein drehmomentgesteuertes Abschieben von zu streuenden G tern wie G rrest, Festmist oder Kompost. Neben einer exzellenten Quer- und L ngsverteilung ist insbesondere die Schonung aller Komponenten, der reduzierte Kraftbedarf und die erh hte Leistung ein Vorteil des Systems. Das FAG-Drehmomentmessmodul bertr gt seine Daten ber den Isobus an die Steuerung. Alle relevanten Parameter wie das Drehmoment der Zapfwelle, die Zapfwellengeschwindigkeit, die Abschiebegeschwindigkeit und der Hydraulikdruck im System werden mit Sensoren erfasst und im Steuerger t verarbeitet. Die Streumenge kann aus der Kabine heraus am ISOBUS Display berwacht und eingestellt werden.
Klare Wettbewerbsvorteile mit Drehmomentsensorik
Der Landtechnikspezialist RAUCH setzte schon in der Vergangenheit in seinen D ngerstreuern eine innovative Drehmomentsensorik im Antriebsstrang ein. Die Electronic Massflow Control EMC-Dosierautomatik nutzt den proportionalen Zusammenhang zwischen dem D ngerdurchfluss pro Dosierschieber und dem Antriebsdrehmoment der Wurfscheibe. Die Drehmomentmessung, als zentraler Regelparameter, erfolgte bisher ber eine ldrucksensorik an den Hydromotoren. Durch den Einfluss der Temperatur auf die Hydraulik und die Winkelgetriebe im Antriebsstrang der EMC-Streuer konnten die erzeugten Drehmomente in der Warmlaufphase variieren und so fehlerhafte Daten liefern .
Bei der neuesten D ngerstreuer-Generation sind nun FAG-Drehmomentmessmodule direkt in die Antriebsnabe integriert. Sie messen direkt am Prozess ber hrungslos und pr zise die aktuelle D ngerdurchflussmenge. Sogar Blockaden und Verstopfungen an den Dosierschiebern werden erkannt. Die kostenintensive D ngung wird so noch pr ziser und sicherer und unerw nschte Umweltbelastungen bei der D ngung werden vermieden.
