Der FAG SmartCheck auf dem Weg zur Industrie 4.0
Als Partner von Mitsubishi Electric Europe in der e-F@ctory Alliance geht Schaeffler einen zukunftsweisenden Schritt in Richtung Industrie 4.0. Die Hauptrolle spielt dabei der FAG SmartCheck. Der kompakte Schwingungs-Sensor hat sich seit seiner Produkteinf hrung in 2011 bew hrt und wurde kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt. Inzwischen ist der FAG SmartCheck eine der wenigen L sungen am Markt, die sich sowohl als einzelnes berwachungsger t f r kleinere, redundante Aggregate als auch f r integrierte Konzepte wie beispielsweise eine Rundum- berwachung eignen. Mit der e-F@ctory Alliance von Mitsubishi Electric Europe hat Schaeffler einen Partner gefunden, der zum einen Zugang zu Automatisierungssteuerungen und Prozessleitsystemen erm glicht und zum anderen dieselben Ziele f r den Kunden verfolgt wie Schaeffler: die Gesamtkosten der Fertigung sowie der Instandhaltung zu reduzieren und die Produktivit t zu steigern. In der e-F@ctory Alliance schlie t sich Mitsubishi Electric Europe mit Partnerunternehmen zusammen, die in ihren jeweiligen Gesch ftsfeldern anerkannte Technologie- und Marktf hrer sind. Gemeinsam bieten sie ihren Kunden stets die bestm gliche Komplettl sung f r das jeweilige Automatisierungsprojekt an.
Ganzheitliche Zustands berwachung von Maschinen und Anlagen
Steigende Energiekosten erfordern eine schlanke Fertigung und Instandhaltungsma nahmen, die auf gesicherten Erkenntnissen beruhen. So schafft beispielsweise die kombinierte Zustands- und Energie berwachung die hierzu notwendige Transparenz von der Fertigungs- ber die Steuerungs- bis zur Leitebene. In der gemeinsamen L sung der e-F@ctory Partnerschaft wird dazu f r den Kunden die Mitsubishi Electric-Steuerung mit dem FAG SmartCheck in einer vorgefertigten Gesamtl sung kombiniert. Dadurch erfolgt eine automatisierte Verkn pfung der Fertigungsebene zur Steuerungsebene. Im Gegensatz zu herk mmlichen berwachungskonzepten, die oftmals nur die klassischen Werte wie Temperatur, Druck und Betriebsstunden messen, liefert der FAG SmartCheck zus tzlich die schwingungsbasierten Parameter. Zusammen mit der Mitsubishi-Steuerung entsteht so eine ganzheitliche L sung zur Bewertung des Zustands einer Maschine oder Anlage. Die Daten k nnen ber Ethernet (z. B. Ethernet TCP/IP Protokolle oder auch Webservices) an weitere Informationsempf nger bermittelt werden. Dies k nnen sowohl Automatisierungssteuerungen anderer Hersteller als auch datenbankbasierte Empf nger wie SCADA- oder MES-Systeme sein. Bei der Projektierung unterst tzen die Experten von Schaeffler und Mitsubishi Electric von der Messpunkt-Definition bis hin zur Anbindung an kundeneigene Systeme, wie beispielsweise SAP oder Oracle. Das skalierbare berwachungs-System sorgt f r eine hohe Anlagenverf gbarkeit und tr gt zur Sicherstellung eines st rungsfreien, kontinuierlichen Betriebes bei. Dabei sind Gesamtanlageneffektivit t und Energieeffizienz eng miteinander verkn pft. Zudem erm glicht die L sung eine vorausschauende Wartung. Das minimiert nicht nur die Lebenszykluskosten, sondern tr gt, dank fr hzeitiger Verschlei erkennung, auch zur Reduzierung des Energieverbrauchs bei.
Erfolgreicher Einsatz der gemeinsamen berwachungs-L sung im Kl rwerk
Die Kl ranlage der Stadtwerke Rotenburg a. d. Fulda ist f r eine Belastung von 34.000 EW (Einwohnerwert) ausgelegt und versorgt rund 20.000 Menschen. Dem Nachkl rbecken sind drei Archimedes-Pumpen am R cklaufschlammpumpwerk angeschlossen. Im Abstand von etwa einem Jahr fiel jeweils eine der drei Schneckenpumpen konstruktionsbedingt aus. Wegen eines Lagerschadens war der Getriebeblock buchst blich auseinander gerissen worden und musste komplett ersetzt werden. Eine kostspielige und zeitaufw ndige Reparatur war die Folge. Zur L sung wurde ein Condition-Monitoring-System auf den drei Pumpen installiert, das aus einem Mitsubishi-Controller und drei FAG SmartCheck besteht. Letztere messen Schwingung und Temperatur der Getriebe. Kommt es zu Schwingungs nderungen, liefert das System fr hzeitig Informationen ber diese Abweichungen, die erste Zeichen f r einen m glichen Schaden sein k nnen. Bei Unregelm igkeiten kommt es ber den im Kundenprozess integrierten Mitsubishi-Controller zu einer konkreten Fehlermeldung am Kundenleitstand, so dass das Problem zielgerichtet und in kurzer Zeit behoben werden kann.
