Agama and Zenterio Partner for a Superior Video Service Quality Experience

Agama Technologies, the video service quality assurance expert and Zenterio, the independent operating system developer for TV client devices, announced today a technology partnership to deliver a turnkey solution for efficient last-mile and in-home video service quality assurance to joint TV operator customers worldwide. The partnership has already resulted in a new contract with a major European operator group, with delivery taking place in December.

The integration of Agamas renowned Embedded Monitoring Solution with Zenterios unique software platform for interactive TV, Zenterio OS, allows TV operators to extend their Agama real-time 24/7 monitoring and QA into the subscribers Zenterio powered devices within the home. This ensures service quality throughout the end-to-end video delivery chain, from the head-end down to the viewing device.
