VUE's flexibility is one of its key strengths. Users can create custom layouts, save and recall them with a click, and easily adjust themes, styling, and controls. The platform also offers user authentication, ensuring access to layouts based on individual permissions.

At its core, VUE excels in router control, allowing operators to manage video sources and destinations with ease. The system simplifies routing with an intuitive interface, enabling operators to make adjustments quickly. Confidence monitoring is made easier with Picture-in-Picture (PIP) views and multi-viewer control, all managed within VUE, eliminating the need for complex external router panels or software.

VUE also supports audio and video processing by connecting to external devices offering Audio/Video Proc like the Scorpion or the ITXE platform. This allows operators to monitor and manipulate audio and video parameters. For audio, VUE offers a downmix of any feed hitting it, allowing users to monitor specific channels, such as language tracks, for quality checks.

Beyond routing and multi-viewer control, VUE is ideal for show setup and automation, offering the ability to save and restore device configurations and route-state. This feature is particularly useful for production setups and disaster recovery.

Additionally, VUE supports playout control, enabling operators to switch services, trigger transitions, and insert graphics. It integrates with third-party devices, such as pan-tilt-zoom cameras, centralizing all controls in a single touch-screen interface.
