SevenVentures Pitch Day is back in 2021: Virtual event offers start-ups the chance to win media advertising worth 3 million and budget for TV spot

Unterf hring, 10th May 2021. SevenVentures Pitch Day, according to Forbes Magazine one of the most important start-up competitions worldwide, is back and in its tenth year! Young companies can apply now for this years virtual event at sevenventures.de. The winner will receive media advertising worth 3 million, one of the most lucrative prizes in the annual start-up calendar, and a substantial budget for the production of a TV spot.
Applications are open to creative and innovative start-ups with consumer-oriented products and services that want to scale their business model quickly and are already at the right stage of development to profit sustainably from the advertising power of TV and video campaigns. Both German B2C growth companies that quickly want to gain share in the domestic market as well as international companies that are expanding into Germany are eligible to apply. Applications are open until 18 June 2021.
Florian Weber, Member of the Management Board and Chief Commercial Officer, SevenVentures: SevenVentures Pitch Day 2021 is back - and this year as a high-quality live-streaming event. The final round winner will receive their own TV and digital campaign worth several millions. This prize is a huge growth accelerator and a real milestone in brand building. Because ultimately increasing brand awareness through media is a key success factor for start-ups in the scaling phase. The winner of this years digital pitch day will really profit from the prize in the long run. I look forward to an exciting competition and strong pitches from ambitious young companies.

High-profile jury and live pitching in the finals
After the submission deadline, the four selected finalists will compete against each other on the SevenVentures Pitch Day stage in a ProSiebenSat.1 TV studio in Munich as part of a live streaming event on 6 July from 2pm. Viewers and start-up fans will be delighted: in cooperation with the 4GAMECHANGERS festival from the Austrian ProSiebenSat.1 PULS 4 Group, those interested can follow the action live. The virtual event will be available to watch via live stream across the world on the 4GAMECHANGERS online platform www.4gamechangers.io. SevenVentures Pitch Day 2021 will be hosted by ProSieben presenter Steven G tjen.
The final will see start-ups pitching in front of a jury of proven industry experts. In addition to TV presenter and start-up investor Joko Winterscheidt, SevenVentures Chief Commercial Officer Florian Weber and Chief Financial Officer of online beauty retailer flaconi Kathrin Nusser will assess the quality of the pitches and award the top prize to the company with the most convincing business model.
About 4GAMECHANGERS festival
The 4GAMECHANGERS festival in the Austrian capital Vienna has risen to become one of the most important international digital conferences and offers a platform for personalities and digital projects from all industries and communities. It is organised annually by ProSiebenSat.1 PULS 4. Under the motto The power of cooperation, this years festival will take place as a 100% virtual event and is dedicated to harnessing the power of digital transformation for the common good of society and actively helping to shape it.
With the 4GAMECHANGERS Studio, the digital festival went on air for the first time as a four-day TV special on Austrias youngest news channel PULS 24 from 27 to 30 April 2021 which marked the start of the 4GAMECHANGERS year. Throughout 2021, more and more inspiring events - with top CEOs, visionaries, politicians and the most exciting voices of the young generation - will feature. SevenVentures Pitch Day 2021 will also take place on this platform.
