Elektromobilit t im Fokus: Testfahrten mit innovativen 48-Volt-Hybrid-Konzeptfahrzeugen zeigen Potenziale auf
F r die Mobilit t von morgen gibt es nicht eine singul re L sung - das macht Schaeffler auch auf der Tokyo Motor Show klar. Es reicht nicht aus, nur die lokalen Fahrzeugemissionen zu betrachten. Die Mobilit t von morgen kann nur nachhaltig sein, wenn die gesamte Energiekette betrachtet wird: von der Energieerzeugung ber die Konvertierung und Speicherung bis hin zu technischen L sungen f r die verschiedensten Antriebsstr nge. Experten bezeichnen das als Well-to-Wheel -Methode. Schaeffler hat dies verstanden und bietet L sungen, um die Effizienz des konventionellen Verbrennungsmotors weiter zu steigern sowie Technologien, f r die Elektrifizierung von hybridischen und rein elektrischen Antrieben. Die Elektromobilit t spielt in diesem Mix eine wichtige und zukunftsweisende Rolle. Elektrofahrzeuge k nnen die Anforderungen der Menschen an individuelle Mobilit t in Ballungsr umen grunds tzlich erf llen , sagt Prof. Dr. Peter Pleus, Vorstand Automotive von Schaeffler. Von entscheidender Bedeutung ist aber nicht nur das Antriebskonzept eines Fahrzeugs. Genauso wichtig ist, wie die Energie f r den Antrieb erzeugt und gespeichert wird. Schaeffler verf gt ber eine Vielzahl von Produkten und L sungen f r die Energieerzeugung aus erneuerbaren Energien und leistet dadurch ebenso einen wichtigen Beitrag, um die Mobilit t von morgen nachhaltig (Well-to-Wheel) zu gestalten.
48-Volt-Konzepte
Im Rahmen der Tokyo Motor Show 2017 stellte Schaeffler unter anderem fortschrittliche 48-Volt-Hybrid Konzept-Fahrzeuge und weitere L sungen f r die Region vor. Schaeffler entwickelt f r die verschiedenen Anforderungen in unterschiedlichen Regionen eine Vielzahl an Systemen und Komponenten. Neben der weiteren Optimierung des klassischen Verbrennungsmotors und der dazugeh rigen Getriebe arbeiten die Schaeffler-Ingenieure an L sungen zur Elektrifizierung des Antriebstranges, dem optimal aufeinander abgestimmten Zusammenspiel von Verbrennungs- und Elektromotor f r Hybridfahrzeuge sowie ma geschneiderten, effizienten Elektroantrieben f r E-Fahrzeuge.
Der Verbrennungsmotor wird auch weiterhin ein wichtiger Baustein f r den Transport von Menschen und G tern sein , betont Shinzo Yotsumoto, Leiter Automotive Schaeffler Japan. Das betrifft nicht nur Pkw, sondern vor allem Nutzfahrzeuge, Schiffe und Flugzeuge, f r die es auf absehbare Zeit noch keine ernstzunehmende batterieelektrische Alternative gibt.
Testfahrten im Vorfeld: 48-Volt-Konzeptfahrzeuge vorgestellt
So zeigte das Unternehmen in Japan im Vorfeld der Tokyo Motor Show w hrend Testfahrt-Veranstaltungen mit Kunden verschiedene hybride modular aufgebaute Konzept-Fahrzeuge wie das Gasoline Technology Car (GTC), das mit einem 48-Volt-Hybrid-Modul und einer manuellen Schaltung ausgestattet ist. Das GTC-Konzept erm glicht insbesondere eine kosteng nstige Elektrifizierung von kleineren Automobilen, die insbesondere in Japan und der Region S dost-Asien eingesetzt werden , erkl rt Andreas Schick, Regional CEO Schaeffler Asien/Pazifik.
Das ebenfalls w hrend der Kundenveranstaltungen in Japan vorgestellte Schaeffler High Performance 48 Volt Konzept-Fahrzeug - basierend auf einem Audi TT und ausgestattet mit einem 48-Volt Riemen-Starter-Generator in Kombination mit einer 48-Volt E-Achse - zeigt, was alles mit 48-Volt-Systemen m glich ist. Der integrierte Antrieb bei dieser P4-Anordnung stellt eine dauerhafte, rein elektrische Leistung von 20 kW zur Verf gung. Mit diesem Konzept-Auto wollen wir die nahezu unbegrenzten Innovations-Potentiale der 48-Volt-Technologie aufzeigen , sagt Andreas Schick. M glich ist so beispielsweise nicht nur rein elektrisches Fahren in St dten bei niedrigen Geschwindigkeiten, sondern auch Torque Vectoring bei jeder Geschwindigkeit, das eine radselektive Verteilung des Drehmoments erm glicht. Das erh ht die Dynamik sowie die Fahrsicherheit und macht diese L sung so beispielsweise f r das Mid-Size-SUV-Segment attraktiv.
Vertiefte Zusammenarbeit mit japanischen Automobilherstellern
Weitere Produkte und Systeme, die auf dem Schaeffler-Stand auf der Tokyo Motor Show gezeigt werden, sind insbesondere auf die Anforderungen des japanischen Marktes und der dortigen Schaeffler-Kunden zugeschnitten. Ein Beispiel daf r ist die elektromechanische H henverstellung, die nach den Anforderungen japanischer Autobauer entwickelt wurde. Damit kann sich das Fahrzeug absenken, um so den Luftwiderstand zu reduzieren oder sich umgekehrt besser auf unwegsames Gel nde im Off-Road-Bereich einstellen. So vertieft Schaeffler die Partnerschaft mit den japanischen Automobilherstellern konsequent weiter.
