Ein Marktplatz f r Ideen beim Schaeffler Forum of Inspiration
Gesucht waren z ndende Ideen. Gefunden wurden sie beim siebten Forum of Inspiration bei Schaeffler in Herzogenaurach. An rund 50 Marktst nden konnten sich interessierte Mitarbeiter dar ber informieren, an welchen aktuellen Projekten und Entwicklungen die Bereiche Automotive, Industrie, die zentralen Forschungsbereiche aber auch die Regionen der Schaeffler Welt arbeiten. Die beste Idee w hlten die Mitarbeiter in der Arena of Inspiration - Professor Dr.-Ing. Peter Gutzmer, Vorstand Forschung und Entwicklung der Schaeffler AG, berreichte den Inspiration Award.
Professor Gutzmer betonte dabei: Das Forum of Inspiration bietet jedem Mitarbeiter eine hervorragende M glichkeit, neue Ideen, Produkte und Entwicklungen zu diskutieren und diese auf andere Unternehmensbereiche und Produkte zu applizieren. So k nnen die Mitarbeiter voneinander lernen und profitieren. Die Technologief hrerschaft eines Unternehmens beginnt im Kopf eines jeden Mitarbeiters.
Der Meinungsaustausch umfasste neue Fertigungsprozesse, zuk nftige Arbeitsmethoden oder L sungsvorschl ge f r die Mobilit t f r morgen - angeregt beispielsweise mit den Fragen: Wie sieht der Arbeitsplatz der Zukunft aus? Ist das Brennstoffzellensystem ein alternatives Antriebskonzept?
Querdenken lautet die Devise, wenn es darum geht, technische Herausforderungen an-zupacken und den Innovations-Prozess ins Laufen zu bringen.
Innovationskultur ist bei Schaeffler gelebter Alltag. Innovation verlangt nicht nur kreative Menschen, sondern auch eine Kultur, die es erm glicht, bestehendes Potenzial zu heben und effizient zu nutzen. Der Bereich Innovationsmanagement/Neue Gesch ftsfelder, Organisator der Veranstaltung, schafft kreative Freir ume und verbindet diese mit klar strukturierten Prozessen. Wie innovativ Schaeffler ist, zeigt auch die Zahl angemeldeter Patente. In der offiziellen Patentstatistik des Deutschen Patent- und Markenamts (DPMA) belegt Schaeffler mit 2.100 neu angemeldeten Patenten im Jahr 2013 Platz zwei (Vorjahr Platz vier). Mit rund 6.000 F&E-Mitarbeitern weltweit und einem F&E-Aufwand von durch-schnittlich rund f nf Prozent des Konzernumsatzes, liegt Schaeffler an der Spitze vergleichbarer Industrieunternehmen. Als zukunftsorientiertes Unternehmen analysiert Schaeffler fr hzeitig relevante Trends, um die Weiterentwicklung langfristig durch innovative Forschungs- und Entwicklungsarbeit mitzupr gen und so den nachhaltigen Unternehmenserfolg zu garantieren.
Mit einer Besucherzahl von rund 800 Mitarbeitern war das Forum of Inspiration wieder ein voller Erfolg. Auch Klaus Rosenfeld, Vorstandsvorsitzender der Schaeffler AG, Oliver Jung, Vorstand Produktion, Logistik und Einkauf, sowie Prof. Dr. Peter Pleus, Vorstand Automotive, besuchten das Forum und zeigten damit, welch hohen Stellenwert die Ver-anstaltung hat.
Dies freut auch den Leiter des Bereichs Innovationsmanagement/Neue Gesch ftsfelder, Lars Deppe: Der j hrlich stattfindende Marktplatz der Ideen dient dem regelm igen Wissens- und Erfahrungsaustausch. Wir erleben dort, wie sich die Mitarbeiter mit Leidenschaft und kreativer Begeisterung ihren Aufgaben widmen und gemeinsam ber Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg L sungen finden. Man sp rt den Erfindergeist und den Erfolgswillen, den bereits die Unternehmensgr nder Dr. Wilhelm und Dr. Georg Schaeffler an den Tag legten und damit die Unternehmenskultur pr gten .
Sich inspirieren lassen, voneinander lernen, miteinander diskutieren und daraus Nutzen ziehen - das Konzept geht auf: So fand die Siegeridee aus dem Jahr 2013 bereits erste Interessenten im Produktionsbereich. Es ist geplant, die akustische Qualit tskontrolle, die zwei Mitarbeiter aus B hl im vergangenen Jahr vorgestellt haben, bei der Kontrolle f r Sicherungselemente in der Fertigungslinie f r Landmaschinenkupplungen am Standort Sheffield in Gro britannien einzusetzen.
