New Decimator USB Control Panel software adds powerful new features for bo the DMON-S and DMON-6S Multi-Viewers

Decimator Design has announced the release of new USB Control Panel software v2.0.3 for Mac and PC which adds a firmware update v1.1 for both the DMON-12S and DMON-6S.



Powerful new features have been added to both the DMON-12S and DMON-6S Multi-Viewers including a 16 character UMD overlay per window with individual enables, custom positioning and size; a 16 Channel Audio Metering overlay per window with individual enables, custom positioning and size; Safe Action and Safe Title overlay per window with individual enables and adjustment; Centre Cross overlay per window with individual enable; Audio ID overlay; and Dynamic UMDs via TSL protocol on RS422/485 pins on the DSUB-37 connector.

Tallies can now be applied to either Tally Boxes , Outside Safe Action Area or Border; Tally boxes allows for up to 4 Tallies per quadrant (Green, Red, Blue and Yellow), and there is an ability to save and load custom layouts.

The portable DMON-12S includes 12 independent 3G/HD/SD-SDI inputs, supporting 26 formats and variable aspect ratios, with HDMI and SDI outputs. Each quadrant is independent of the others, allowing any 3G/HD/SD format of any frame rate to be displayed simultaneously, with fully customisable layouts.

The portable DMON-6S performs the same functions as the DMON-12S, but with 6 independent 3G/HD/SD-SDI inputs and 6 active loop copies of each input.
