Playout Operations Administrator

Manage administration and scheduling of resources, Provide daily reports on resource bookings, Responsible for all staff scheduling on allocated productions, Responsible for all facility bookings on allocated productions

Responsible for management of Playout Operations rate cards;

Development and implementation of quotation system on ScheduAll

Work closely with Management team and finance to ensure correct payment of staff hours;

From time to time request payments on the SRM system

Ensure client's needs are determined met and implemented

Ensure good understanding of clients products;

Establish and maintain good relationships with Management team

Obtain proper briefs and advise on concepts

Enhance client service by managing bookings and preventing personnel scheduling errors

Liaise between clients, Playout Operations team, Supervisors and Management

Maintain high degree of professionalism and uphold company image at all times

Take minutes during management meetings

General administration responsibilities and reports

Events coordination

Education & Experience

Matric (Grade 12)

Minimum 3 years Administration experience.

Computer Literacy: Ms Office, Outlook, Ms Word, Power point, ScheduAll.

Knowledge and understanding of the Television Industry advantageous.

Quote management experience.

Contract administration, document and Report creation.
