VSNEXPLORER visits CABSAT 05 with important new features for collaborative work

Once again, VSN will bring its complete portfolio of broadcast solutions, that fully covers the main areas of audiovisual content production, management and distribution to CABSAT 2015 (stand B2-42), with special attention to the new functionalities of its MAM, PAM & BPM system, VSNEXPLORER.

VSNEXPLORER will receive special attention at CABSAT, where its new features for 2015 will be presented. Thanks to its latest development, users now can upload and download contents using the cloud, with transcoding, and files being editable from the moment that they are ingested. These new functions work on storages distributed in the cloud to increase security and accessibility from divers locations. It simplifies the process and saves time, that is meant to be used for creating better, quality contents.

These functionalities are already being used and several companies are currently ingesting a livestream while different terminals are making edits on the proxy from remote locations. Once the files are ready it is a click away to share it across social networks, OTT or Web TV. Its uses are endless and meet the everyday-needs of VSN customers.

The speed of the systems is enhanced thanks to UMP, VSN's own protocol for content transfer, creating effective and decentralized workflows that allow users to work remotely on the same project and apply automated jobs to faster process media files.

VSN's MAM will visit CABSAT with new features in its three modules: VSNEXPLORER PAM, focused on production and post-production environments; VSNEXPLORER MAM, that offers all the necessary tools for the complete management of the media lifecycle,such as advanced cataloguing tools, and, for the most demanding clients, VSNEXPLORER BPM, which adds an orchestration layer which enables the user to define business processes in a simple way, dramatically increasing the system's potential and flexibility.

Another key product at CABSAT will be VSNMULTICOM, playout software and continuity system that guarantees 24/7 seamless broadcast in single channel environments and big playout centers alike. The wide range of devices that it controls, as well as its capacity to integrate with many other hardware and software modules, make it a powerful and open system ready for every possible environment.
