Multi-award-winning, New York-based music/sound design company JSM Music has bolstered its roster of talent by bringing on music production vet Jeff Fiorello as executive producer.
Fiorello arrives at JSM from Yessian Music, where he's spent the last three years as senior music producer. During his decade-long career in commercial music production, Fiorello has also served as a producer at fellow renowned music companies such as Elias Arts and has collectively produced work for key brands like Budweiser, BMW, Coca-Cola, Gillette, Jim Beam, Pepsi, Land Rover, and Red Bull.
Of course, the newly minted JSM EP doesn't just relegate himself to the commercial side as he's also active in not one, but two musical acts including his band Fio, who are fixture on New York City's Lower East Side, as well as his own synth-rock project, Liontide.
Now at JSM, Fiorello will deploy his invaluable production skills while helping oversee a music/sound roster of talent that has worked with a host of notable brands including Verizon, Microsoft, GoDaddy, Time Warner Cable, Vonage, Google, Johnson & Johnson, T-Mobile, MasterCard, Kraft, Domino's, adidas, Foot Locker, Infiniti, and XFINITY. I'm just really excited to join such a well-respected team and it's a great group of people, the new JSM Music EP says. You always hope you can bring a new, fresh perspective and an alternative idea. I think it's really going to be a great fit.
JSM Music President/CEO Joel Simon echoes Fiorello's sentiment, adding, This is the first time I'm bringing in an executive producer with this level of experience whom I didn't have to train from the ground up, which is exciting and refreshing. Jeff offers me this opportunity to bring on a proven, experienced guy, plug him into our culture, passion, unique problem solving techniques and creative vision, while also affording me the opportunity to learn from him as well. He's a seasoned musician, producer, an awesome guy, and, a substantial step up in this position through his experience, sophistication, vision, business acumen and professionalism. It's going to be a great ride.
Along with Fiorello joining the team, JSM is now planning to expand beyond its New York hub to the West Coast, and in the process, the company has enlisted the services of renowned talent representative Melissa Ross to handle its expanding roster in the region. JSM Music's new hires and expansion plans coincide with the company's embrace of new ideas and technologies, with the goal of working towards powerful creative and quantifiable solutions for its clients, which have subsequently paved the way for musical equities and sonic branding. Simon adds, JSM has been killing it for over 25 years, and the only way to have accomplished that is to always shake things up, constantly challenge the status quo, evolve, hire the best, inventive and most compelling talent out there, and just keep raising that bar.
