Granted general subsidies to production to twenty projects for feature films Se trata de la primera convocatoria realizada conforme al nuevo sistema de financiaci n, instaurado tras la modificaci n de la Ley 55/2007, del Cine, basado en la aplicaci n de criterios objetivos
El Instituto de la Cinematograf a y de las Artes Audiovisuales (ICAA) ha publicado en su p gina Web la Resoluci n de concesi n del primer procedimiento de selecci n de las ayudas generales a la producci n de largometrajes sobre proyecto.
Han resultado beneficiarios de estas ayudas generales un total de 20 proyectos, que han recibido, en funci n de la puntuaci n obtenida por los mismos, importes que van desde 1,4 millones de euros (cuant a m xima a percibir por proyecto, de acuerdo con la convocatoria) hasta 298.741,37 euros.
Se trata de la primera convocatoria realizada conforme al nuevo sistema de financiaci n, instaurado tras la modificaci n de la Ley 55/2007, del Cine, basado en la aplicaci n de criterios objetivos, que atienden, entre otros aspectos, a la viabilidad econ mica y financiera del proyecto, al car cter innovador del mismo, a su difusi n, a la relevancia cultural espa ola y europea, a la solvencia t cnica de las empresas beneficiarias y al impacto socioecon mico de la inversi n realizada en Espa a.
Del importe total de la dotaci n presupuestaria prevista en la convocatoria, de 30 millones de euros, se han destinado a este primer procedimiento la cantidad de 20 millones de euros, reserv ndose para el segundo procedimiento de selecci n 10 millones de euros.
El plazo para la presentaci n de solicitudes en el segundo procedimiento de selecci n es de 15 d as h biles a contar desde el d a siguiente a la publicaci n de la presente Resoluci n.
Selective aid
Tambi n se ha publicado en la p gina web del ICAA, la concesi n de la convocatoria de las ayudas selectivas a la producci n de largometrajes sobre proyecto del ejercicio 2016.
Dichas ayudas se dirigen a proyectos de largometraje producidos por empresas de car cter independiente que posean un especial valor cinematogr fico, cultural o social, que sean de car cter documental o que incorporen nuevos realizadores.
Han resultado beneficiarios 41 proyectos, de los cuales 18 son documentales. Las cuant as concedidas, en funci n de las puntuaciones obtenidas por los mismos van desde 392.370 euros (cuant a m xima a percibir por proyecto, de acuerdo con la convocatoria) a 24.479 euros
El importe total de la dotaci n presupuestaria destinado a estas ayudas ha sido de 7 millones de euros, de los cuales 1.050.206,31 euros han sido destinados a proyectos de car cter documental, en cumplimiento de lo establecido en la convocatoria que obliga a reservar a los mismos un m nimo del 15% y un m ximo del 25% de dicha dotaci n.
Los proyectos han sido valorados por el ICAA y por la Comisi n de ayudas a la producci n de largometrajes y cortometrajes. En una primera fase, el ICAA los ha evaluado en funci n de criterios objetivos referidos, entre otros, a su car cter cultural, a la experiencia del productor, a la participaci n y premios obtenidos en festivales por el mismo, a la solvencia econ mico-financiera del proyecto y al impacto socioecon mico de la inversi n realizada en Espa a.
En una segunda fase, la citada Comisi n ha valorado la adecuaci n de los presupuestos a los proyectos y los planes de financiaci n aportados por las empresas solicitantes. Y en la tercera fase, se ha valorado la calidad y el valor art stico de los guiones.
