Carceleros' y la versi n brasile a de Supermax' llega a Am rica del Norte, Reino Unido, Irlanda, Alemania, Austria y Suiza en Sundance Now y Shudder.
Globo ha anunciado recientemente que dos atracciones destacadas de su cat logo recibieron la licencia de AMC Networks. Con el nuevo acuerdo, Carceleros' y la versi n brasile a de Supermax' ahora se presentar n en los servicios de streaming premium de Sundance Now y Shudder, respectivamente. Las series estar n disponibles para los televidentes de Am rica del Norte, Reino Unido, Irlanda, Alemania, Austria y Suiza con audio en portugu s original y subt tulos en idioma local.
Este acuerdo demuestra la calidad constante de nuestras nuevas series producidas en estos ltimos a os, con gran valor de producci n, temas actuales y relevantes, y un enorme potencial para atraer a las audiencias de diferentes pa ses y plataformas , afirm Raphael Corr a Netto, director ejecutivo de Negocios Internacionales de Globo.
AMC Networks, que produce contenidos de alta calidad y relevantes desde el punto de vista cultural desde hace m s de 30 a os, es propietaria y administra varias de las marcas m s populares y premiadas de la televisi n y el cine, lo que incluye importantes canales de TV paga de todo el mundo y servicios de streaming de video on-demand premium, Sundance Now y Shudder. Sundance Now, que presentar Carceleros', ofrece originales y exclusivos dramas, comedias y pel culas de todos los g neros, e incluye largometrajes documentales en idiomas extranjeros. Shudder, que presentar Supermax' (versi n brasile a), es el mayor servicio de streaming premium del mundo en cuanto a programas de thriller, suspenso y terror.
Carceleros', presentada en los principales festivales internacionales, entre ellos Berlinale (Alemania) y Fantasporto (Portugal), y premiada por el Gran Jury de MIPDrama Screenings, durante MIPTV 2017, es una coproducci n entre Gullane Filmes y Spray Filmes. Con la segunda temporada ya en marcha, la serie representa de manera sumamente realista los dilemas y los conflictos que enfrentan los funcionarios de los establecimientos penitenciarios. La serie, cuyas escenas fueron rodadas en una obra en construcci n de una c rcel real y para la cual se utilizaron declaraciones hechas por los carceleros, retrata de una manera realista el entorno hostil. La serie, escrita por Fernando Bonassi, Mar al Aquino y Denisson Ramalho, junto con Marcelo Starobinas e inspirada libremente en la obra de Drauzio Varella, cuenta con la direcci n general de Jos Eduardo Belmonte y episodios dirigidos por Belmonte y Fernando Grostein.
La versi n brasile a de Supermax' es un thriller sobre los participantes de un reality show ficticio que compiten por el premio de un mill n de d lares mientras se encuentran encerrados en una prisi n de m xima seguridad aislada en medio de la selva amaz nica. Cuando los participantes pierden todo contacto con el personal de la producci n, lo que parec a ser un entorno donde los riesgos estaban controlados se convierte de repente en un lugar donde las cosas se descontrolan totalmente. Los participantes deben poner a prueba sus l mites f sicos y psicol gicos para luchar por su propia supervivencia.
El argumento b sico de la serie, creado por Jos Alvarenga Jr., Mar al Aquino y Fernando Bonassi, y dirigido por Jos Alvarenga Jr., inspir una versi n internacional con el mismo nombre, coproducida entre Globo y Oficina Burman, Mediaset (Espa a), TV Azteca (M xico) y TVP (Argentina), en una alianza estrat gica con Teledoce (Uruguay).
