INSIDE PATRICK MOFOKENG'S NEW ROLE Entertainment commentator Phil Mphela announced on Twitter this morning (19 October) that the Lingashoni and Scandal! has joined the SABC1 soapie Generations: The Legacy.

Though neither the actor nor the channel has confirmed his role, the TVSA November teasers indicate that Mofokeng might play the character of Doctor Luyolo's (Karabo Maseko) father and Ayanda Borotho's on-screen husband.
The Friday 4 November teaser reads:

GENERATIONS: THE LEGACY' UPDATE Mphela also announced that former Isibaya actress Ayanda Borotho has joined the soapie and that fan-favourite actor Yonda Thomas, who plays the role of Lelethu Malinga has bid farewell to the soapie.
