The Medoc Maraon Live on Dailymotion with TriCaster Saturday September 7!

(07/09/2013) For the 29th edition of the Medoc Marathon, the web TV will be live for more than 10 hours nonstop with NewTek TriCaster 855 as the backbone of the production workflow. This marathon is one of the most eccentric but still very demanding and athletic competition worldwide.

The race welcomes champions from 43 different nationalities who come to run the 42 km in the most beautiful vineyards, all dressed up.

This years theme is Science-Fiction, and besides seeing some Darth Vador or Jedi running, a three days festival is organized, gathering thousands of fans who will have the chance to discover the Medoc region, its wines and gastronomy.

The production company Broduction is operating the Live show on Saturday 7th, starting from 8 am, and until 6 pm (France Time). Last year the web TV got more than 70 000 views, the target for 2013 live race is 100 000 views. A TriCaster 855 will be plugged in an outdoor production studio, located on the finish line. The connection will be made by 3G connections of Aviwest. The live show will be available in English and French both languages, to allow international fans to follow the race.
