Viewers of The Queen couldn't contain their emotions last night when actress Connie Ferguson (Harriet Khoza) returned to the show last night (29 September).

The actress took a break from the show to mourn her real-life husband Shona Ferguson, who passed away from Covid-19 complications on 30 July.

His death came just a day before the pair were going to celebrate 20 years together.

While some majority were thrilled that the actress was back, many couldn't hold back their tears as they remembered Shona's passing.

TAU AND KARABO REINCARNATED AS HARRIET AND HECTOR Harriet and Hector took off from where they left off three months ago last night and started sneaking around.

Brutus (Themba Ndaba) suspected Harriet of having lunch with a man at Noma's (Brenda Ngxoli) restaurant last night and began grilling her about who she's dating.

Harriet received flowers at the Khoza mansion from Hector (Rapulana Seiphemo) who signed the card as H&H when she was absent.

This is the second time that Rapulana Seiphemo and Connie Ferguson are on-screen lovers.

Viewers are looking forward to their romance as the pair were married for years on Generations as Tau and Karabo.

One viewer stated that their relationship seems so natural that it feels more like Vuyiswa (Zandile Msutwana) is the side chic and not the wife.

WHY HARRIET AND HECTOR'S AFFAIR SPELLS TROUBLE The only people who want to see Harriet and Hector together are Harriet and Hector themselves.

Hector's family will be devastated because they adore his wife Vuyiswa, and hate Harriet because she killed Mpho Sebata (Ntando Duma).

The Khozas will declare war against the Sebatas when they find out as they despise Hector for killing Kea Khoza (Dineo Langa).

Vuyiswa will file for divorce and destroy Hector's reputation when she finds out that he killed Jerry Maake and Thato.
