Production Coordinator / Office Manager

We are currently looking for a super amazing, wonderful, reliable, committed, loyal and experienced Office Manager / Production Coordinator to work for 2 companies in one office with almost immediate effect.

Assisting Producer and Production Managers on researching and compiling of databases for locations/casting/transport/catering and other elements of production during the pre, shoot and post processes of all productions be they Commercials, Stills, TV shoots or feature films or short films.

Basic Hrs - Monday - Friday 9 - 6pm

Overtime is paid when required on evenings weekends and public holidays so be prepared to work long hours if its called for.

Job will be office based.

Salary offer R8500 gross.

Job Requirements will include but not be limited to:

Assist with call sheet compilation, printing and binding.

Knowledge of the computer system/ printers/routers/ emails addresses etc. and so forth is vital as is competency with excel and word.

Assisting with research on jobs and general production work and using Imagine software or any other software being used by the company.

Hand-over, and brief incoming / freelance staff when required for new productions .

Arrange and monitor all deliveries into and out from production.

Keep desk, reception, and filing system neat and in running order.

Assist with reconciliation of the productions, using excel, receiving invoices and hand over's to accounting department.

Records of shoot and information relating to shoot activities to be kept in production file.

Assisting with web page management.

Answering phones

Quotations for Total Projects Group

Orders and signing in and out of materials for Total projects group

Handling and reconciling petty cash

PERSONAL SKILLS

Be able to think independently, accurately and highly proactively and work well under pressure.

Being a step-ahead and on top of issues at all times

Be able to handle red flag issues in a prompt fashion

Basic computer assistance within office

Proactive, high levels of accuracy

Reliable, good communicator with well developed interpersonal skills

Driving licence required
