Tedial, a leading supplier of MAM, workflow and archive solutions for more than 10 years is highlighting a new evolution of its solution-based approach to the market at IBC, designed to provide clarity in what has become a confused sector. Based on its strong track record of delivering successful projects to broadcast and media companies, Tedial will present its solutions so that everyone from CEO to operator has a clear understanding of the business and operational benefits that the company offers and how these can be applied to broadcast and media operations.

New at IBC:

Workflow and Multi-Site:Tedial will demonstrate its powerful market leading BPM and workflow manager Ficus, which is now in its third generation. Ficus now features an improved workflow creation capability using standard BPM notation and associated tools to enable users to create, modify and maintain their workflows. The new version makes it possible to execute workflows across multiple sites enabling broadcasters to re-allocate tasks based on local technical or human resources, or to take advantage of available expertise across the enterprise and beyond to third-party facilities.

Content exchange and Cloud: The capability to move content efficiently across networks and into the cloud is becoming more commonplace as broadcasters increasingly share assets. Tedial will demonstrate its own data movement technology Media Amigo, which is fully integrated into end-to-end workflows and is in daily operation on many broadcast sites.

Multi-tenant working: Tedial's support for multiple clients sharing a single platform is an important factor for many broadcasters in multi-channel playout and other platforms. Tedial's technology enables different tenants to manage their own content whilst having no access to or visibility of other clients' material.

Newsroom: Tedial will show new plug-in technology for ENPS and Avid iNEWS systems enabling journalists to easily archive and retrieve News content.

Content Management: Tedial's content manager Tarsys is enhanced by support for Media Sets where all the elements of complex assets such as series and/or collections of program content comprising masters, promos, attachments, audio tracks and subtitles can be efficiently managed, maximising the speed of response and ease of use.

Legacy archives: Tedial has delivered many projects that enable the recovery of legacy content stored in physical or digital repositories making content accessible and realising its value.
