Human Rights Campaign Awards Harris Corporation Highest Rating in Corporate Equality Index for Fourth Consecutive Year

The Human Rights Campaign has awarded Harris Corporation (NYSE:HRS) its highest rating of 100 in the 2019 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for the fourth consecutive year - naming the company one of the Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality.

The 2019 CEI evaluates LGBTQ-related policies and practices, including non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive healthcare benefits, competency programs and public engagement with the LGBTQ community.

Inclusion, one of Harris' core values, emphasizes that the company's success comes from diverse ideas and talent working together to achieve goals.
