Employees of RUE Beltelecom are awarded Diplomas of the Republican rationalization projects contest among students and working youth COMMUNICATION. RATIONALIZATION. FUTURE 05.07.2016

On July 4, 2016 Sergei Popkov, Minister of Communications and Informatization, presented diplomas to the participants of the Republican rationalization projects contest among students and working youth COMMUNICATION. RATIONALIZATION. FUTURE . The employees of RUE Beltelecom Stepan Galai, systems engineer of telecommunication networks of the International Switching Center, and Vitaly Knyaz, a software engineer of Telecommunication network monitoring and management center of the International Switching Center are among the awarded.

In the final round of the competition, the specialists presented their projects dedicated to the implementation and integration of hardware and software Zabbix monitoring complex on RUE Beltelecom data networks and key capabilities of integration bus.

The awarding ceremony was held during the meeting of the management of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus and the National Committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of Communications Workers with the finalists of the project.

The event was attended by Sergei Popkov, Minister of Communications and Informatization, Dmitry Shedko, First Deputy Minister of Communications and Informatization, Natalia Gordeenko, Deputy Minister of Communications and Informatization, Natalia Aleshkevich, Minister Assistant, Nina Gavrilova, Chairman of the National Committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of Communications Workers, Heads of structural divisions of the Ministry, and Heads of the organizations belonging to the system of the Ministry of Communications.

While welcoming the participants, Sergei Popkov noted the importance of participation of young specialists in innovation and rationalization activities and expressed hope that this contest will become a new step on the way to success for the participants and wished them success and enthusiasm in their studies and work.

The Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus attaches great importance to work with young people and development of creative potential of talented professionals. Competitions among students and working youth help to identify and support the most gifted and ambitious young people. Besides, participation in the contest is an incentive for further improvement and creative work.

Communication sector is one of the most dynamic and innovative sectors, therefore it requires new solutions, creative ideas and innovative approaches to work. The youth is the main strategic resource for the development of this sector nowadays. The rationalization projects contest COMMUNICATION. RATIONALIZATION. FUTURE proves it.

Nina Gavrilova, Chairman of the National Committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of Communications Workers, noted that today a lot of motivated young professionals are working in the sector being actively involved in the life of enterprises and striving for professional growth.

The representatives of RUE Beltelecom, RUE Belpochta, OJSC Giprosvyaz, RUE National Centre for e-services , JSC Belsvyazstroy , and Unitary Enterprise Velcom presented their rationalization projects within the event. The young people presented their startups that will qualitatively improve the performance of enterprises. The rationalization projects contest has become a platform for constructive dialogue between leaders and youth and allowed to share innovative ideas and experience. And most importantly, the contest is an opportunity to implement a project in practice.
