New modular multi-effects plug-in revealed
The latest plug-in from Brainworx delivers a modular set of effects designed to offer a convenient alternative to complex processing chains. Aimed at obvious, creative processing rather than subtle shaping duties, bx_tonebox comprises six modules that can be freely reordered and offer a mixture of compression, saturation, filtering, noise and more.
Designed to be noticeable rather than subtle, Brainworx say that the new plug-in will add colour, movement and personality to any source, and in far less time than would be possible using individual effects. There are six modules included: Drive, Circuit, Drift, Comp, Noise and Filter, and they can be used in any order or combination. Each are equipped with their own set of parameters, while global Scale and Movement controls make it possible to quickly adjust the overall processing intensity.
As well as operating in stereo, each of the modules can be switched into Mid-Side mode. The mode is activated on a per-module basis rather than across the entire signal chain, making it simple to apply different effects to the Mid and Sides element of a signal.

Compatibility bx_tonebox is supported on PCs running Windows 10 or above, and Macs running macOS 13 and higher. VST, VST3, AU and AAX plug-in versions are available.
