The City Video Mobile App for Android is available for free download from the Google Play Store, beginning today
TORONTO (November 29, 2012) Citytv today announced the launch of its latest mobile offering the new City Video Mobile App for Android. Featuring full-length episodes of fan-favourite prime-time hits, the convenient and user-friendly app is available for free download from the Google Play Store, beginning today.
Citytv continues to be first to market in delivering premium content on digital platforms, said Andrea Gagliardi, Senior Director and General Manager, Broadcasting, Digital, Rogers Media. The new City Video Mobile App for Android offers the same great user experience as our other innovative apps, enabling even more Canadians to connect with our great lineup of prime-time shows.
The City Video Mobile App for Android includes on-demand availability of prime-time content, featuring full-length episodes of hit series, including How I Met Your Mother, 2 Broke Girls, Modern Family, and Revenge, all available next day post-broadcast. Users can also view behind-the-scenes clips, interviews, and webisodes, as well as share top video picks, flag favourites, and keep track of previously viewed videos all on-demand.
A leader in multiplatform offerings, Citytv offers full episodes and exciting extras from hit programming on Citytv.com, available next day, post-broadcast. Fans can also catch up on their favourite series on Rogers on Demand, Rogers Anyplace TV, and with the free Citytv Video App for iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch available on iTunes Canada. Citytv's premium content is now also a available on the City Video Mobile App for Android available at the Google Play Store.
