CT Acquires Avollusion Ltd

Creative Technology (CT), a division of NEP Group, the worldwide outsourced technical production partner of corporate live events and exhibition producers, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Avollusion, a Hong Kong-based technical event production company providing equipment and design services to the events industry.

The asset deal strengthens CT Hong Kongs position in the Asian corporate live events and exhibition marketplace, adding audio, display, lighting, projection, media management, technical design and production capabilities to CTs solutions for clients including Uniplan, Jack Morton, Zeal Experiential, LORE and many more.

The addition of Avollusions cutting-edge AV technology and talented staff will allow NEP and CT to better serve our clients in the Asia Pacific region, said Chris Burke, Managing Director of CT Asia Pacific. Effective immediately, the 12 current staff members from Avollusion will join CT as employees and the two businesses will operate out of Avollusions headquarters under the leadership of Justin Choy, who will become Managing Director of CT Hong Kong which reports into CTs Asia Pacific division.

CT continuously looks for ways to enhance our offerings to continue to provide our clients with superior customer service, Burke continued. This acquisition gives us even more ways to expand our presence in the Hong Kong and Macau live events market and gives us a formidable platform from which to service our clients.
