On Tuesday, 5 November, Rockstar Games officially released the Grand Theft Auto Six (GTA 6) trailer as promised in their previous statement- however, things are said to not have gone as planned as it was also announced that the trailer was released earlier than planned due to someone leaking it first on social media.

FINALLY! GRAND THEFT AUTO SIX (GTA 6) TRAILER RELEASED The Grand Theft Auto Six (GTA 6) trailer was released to mark the company's 25th anniversary. In a statement released by Rockstar Games, they thanked their diehard gamers for their incredible support and said they hoped to create games that their fans love.

We have had the opportunity to create games we are truly passionate about - without you, none of this would be possible, and we are so grateful to all of you for sharing this journey with us, the statement read.

Rockstar Games was founded in 1998 - the last GTA, GTA Five was released 10 years ago. The popular game was said to have sold more than 185 million copies since its instalment, Bloomberg reported.
