The inclusion of Thales in this index reflects the Groups accelerating progress in terms of social and environmental responsibility. Designed according to the highest international standards, the Groups CSR policy is at the heart of its strategy and perfectly in line with its corporate purpose, adopted in 2020: Building a future of we can all trust .

We are proud of Thaless inclusion in the CAC 40 ESG index. This is a strong endorsement by the financial community of our extra-financial performance and of our contribution to the protection of society, the planet and individuals, says Isabelle Simon, General Secretary of Thales.

In 2023, Thales met or exceeded the 6 objectives of its CSR strategy, as defined in 2019 and then revised upwards in 2021:

52% reduction in operational CO2 emissions since 2018

100% deployment of eco-design in new product developments

20.4% women in management positions

86.8% of Group management committees include at least 3 women

100% of exposed employees trained in anti-corruption every two years

36.7% reduction in lost-time accident frequency rate since 2018

In 2025, the Group will unveil a new Horizon 2030 CSR roadmap.
