Salamanders Partner with Holly Springs Cultural Center for Chalk the Walk

The Holly Springs Salamanders were happy to partner with the Holly Springs Cultural Center for Chalk The Walk on Saturday, April 10, 2021. Originally set to take place at Ting Stadium, the event moved last minute to the Holly Springs Cultural Center due to a number of other events, including COVID testing, taking place at the ballpark.

It was a lot of fun, and there were tons of great artists there, said Salamanders Assistant General Manager Dana Nadler.

Sal, the Holly Springs Salamanders mascot, made an appearance at Chalk The Walk, having fun with the artists of all ages.

Wake Tech Baseball and a Battle of the Badges Charity Softball game were going on in the stadium, and COVID testing in the parking lot.

It was still a great event, said Salamanders General Manager Chip Hutchinson of the change in location. We were able to hand out ticket information and Sal was able to entertain the Kids and their Families.
