It begins the 21st edition of the Recent Spanish Cinema in Los Angeles Organizada por el Instituto de la Cinematograf a y de las Artes Audiovisuales (ICAA), American Cinematheque de Los Angeles y la Entidad de Gesti n de Derechos de los Productores Audiovisuales (EGEDA).
Anoche dio comienzo la vigesimoprimera edici n de la muestra Recent Spanish Cinema, en el Egyptian Theatre de Los ngeles, con el estreno de la pel cula The minimum island.
La inauguraci n fue arropada por una alfombra roja a la que asisti una importante delegaci n espa ola formada por Leticia Dolera, Daniel Guzm n, Estebal Roel y Alex O Doherty. Adem s pasaron por la inauguraci n Maxi Iglesias, Felix Gomez, Isabel Serrano, Irene Montala, Miguel Fernandez, Alicia Sanz, Roque Banos, Rafael Cebri n, y los latinos Alejandro Furth y Sergio Arau, entre otros.
La Recent Spanish Cinema, organizada por Instituto de la Cinematograf a y de las Artes Audiovisuales (ICAA) del Ministerio de Educaci n, Cultura y Deporte, en colaboraci n con la American Cinematheque y EGEDA (Entidad de Gesti n de Derechos de los Productores Audiovisuales) y el patrocinio de la Embajada de Espa a en Washington, se ha consagrado como un inmejorable marco para el debut en Estados Unidos de las m s relevantes pel culas de producci n espa ola, y supone una oportunidad excepcional para el p blico americano de poder conocer y disfrutar de los ltimos xitos cinematogr ficos espa oles.
The films that are part of this edition of the exhibition are Off Course (Perdiendo el norte), uno de los xitos de la taquilla espa ola del 2015; Happy 140 (Felices 140), que cuenta con uno de los mejores elencos de actores del cine espa ol; el thriller psicol gico Shrew's nest (Musara as); el drama Magical girl; la divertida comedia Sidetracked (Las ovejas no pierden el tren); la comedia rom ntica Requirements to be a normal person (Requisitos para ser una persona normal); y Nothing in exchange (A cambio de nada) drama que trata el tema de llegada a la adultez, y ganador Biznaga de oro a la Mejor Pel cula en el ltimo Festival de M laga. Los estudiantes tambi n tendr n su hueco en esta edici n, con la proyecci n de Mummy, I'm a zombie (Dixie y la rebeli n zombie).
En esta edici n se ha contado con la colaboraci n del director, periodista, guionista y productor espa ol Guillermo Fesser, para crear la imagen y video de promoci n de esta edici n de la muestra con el tema Take your Spanish side.
