Standort Eltmann erh lt OHRIS-Zertifizierung
Das Arbeitsschutzmanagementsystem OHRIS (Occupational Health and Risk) ist ein betriebliches System zum Gesundheitsschutz der Mitarbeiter und zur Risikominimierung von Unf llen am Arbeitsplatz. Der Schaeffler-Standort Eltmann wurde nun nach Schweinfurt und Elfershausen als drittes Schaeffler-Werk und 500. Unternehmen in Bayern nach OHRIS zertifiziert. Am 6. Oktober 2015 berreichten Johannes Hintersberger, Staatssekret r im Bayerischen Staatsministerium f r Arbeit und Soziales, Familie und Integration, Dr. Paul Beinhofer, Regierungspr sident von Unterfranken, Michael Ziegler, B rgermeister der Stadt Eltmann, und Dr. G nther Gaag, Leiter des Gewerbeaufsichtsamtes W rzburg, das Zertifikat an Werkleiter Dr. Josef Scheller, Michael Loibersbeck, Leiter der Tonnenrollenfertigung am Standort Eltmann, sowie Ralf Hosse, Leiter des Competence Centers Umwelt, Arbeitsmedizin und -sicherheit bei Schaeffler.
Mit der Einf hrung eines Managementsystems zum Arbeitsschutz hat Schaeffler am Standort Eltmann einen vorbildlichen Schritt getan. OHRIS leistet einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Schutz der Besch ftigten am Arbeitsplatz. Denn mit OHRIS lassen sich Gefahren f r die Mitarbeiter fr hzeitig erkennen und beseitigen - bevor ein Unfall geschieht. H chste G te bei den Produkten und h chste G te im Arbeitsschutz geh ren zusammen. Erfolge gr nden sich nicht allein auf technische oder organisatorische Ma nahmen. Hinter allem stehen Menschen, die sich einbringen. Ein Unternehmen hat nur dann langfristig Erfolg, wenn Arbeitgeber und Arbeitnehmer an einem Strang ziehen. Das wird hier im Unternehmen gelebt, betonte Hintersberger.
Wir freuen uns besonders, dass der Standort Eltmann im Jahr seines 75-j hrigen Bestehens das OHRIS-Zertifikat erh lt und damit als 500. Unternehmen in Bayern diesen hohen Sicherheitsmanagement-Standard erf llt, so Scheller. OHRIS wurde von der Bayerischen Gewerbeaufsicht gemeinsam mit Unternehmen und Wirtschaftsverb nden entwickelt. Die Bayerische Gewerbeaufsicht begleitet auch intensiv die Umsetzung in den einzelnen Unternehmen. Besonders die kompetente Beratung durch das Gewerbeaufsichtsamt W rzburg hat dabei laut Scheller zur Zertifizierung beigetragen.
Der Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz nimmt bei Schaeffler einen herausragenden Stellenwert ein, dessen Bedeutung sowohl im Unternehmenskodex als auch in der Umwelt- und Arbeitsschutzpolitik hervorgehoben wird. Mit der Anerkennung nach OHRIS ist nun offiziell nachgewiesen, dass das Managementsystem f r Arbeitsschutz und Risikominimierung die Forderungen der International Labour Organization und des nationalen Leitfadens f r Arbeitsschutzmanagementsysteme sowie die Anforderungen der St rfallverordnung an ein Sicherheitsmanagementsystem erf llt.
OHRIS bildet das R ckgrat eines ganzheitlichen Betriebssicherheitsmanagements in Unternehmen. Der Schutz der Mitarbeiter vor Unf llen, arbeitsbedingten Gesundheitsgefahren, Berufskrankheiten und Verschlei sch den wurde am Standort Eltmann in den vergangenen zehn Jahren hervorragend umgesetzt, so dass sich die Unfallh ufigkeit um ber 60 Prozent reduziert hat. Diese positive Entwicklung liegt auch in dem Investitionsprogramm begr ndet, das am Standort in den vergangenen Jahren auf modernste Produktionstechnologie und Prozesssicherheit zielte und so auch den Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz nachhaltig gest rkt hat.
