Rotolight has a Monster time at Monza Rally Show

Rotolight was the lighting of choice on Monster's latest outing to the historic Monza Rally Show last month.

Dating back to the late 70's, the Rally of Monza' started when the organisers decided to finally open the doors of the legendary circuit to the rally cars, initially as a traditional rally with special stages run on dirt roads but then as the notoriety of the event grew and started to see entrants from other disciplines grow, such as Formula One and MotoGP, the event gradually changed in to what it is today; the Monza Rally Show, drawing in crowds and sponsors from all over the world to generate a media frenzy.

It was left to Lead Videography, Rikki Doughty of Thirteen Media & Cameraman to Monster Athlete. 2009 British Drift Champion and 2014 King of Kings Champion, Steve Baggsy' Biagioni, to showcase Monster's presence at the event. Which in true Monster style, went down very well.

From experience of Monza Rally show in 2014, one of the biggest issues we encountered was dealing with the low light during the later stages of the event, which can sometimes run in to the late evening. explains Rikki being equipped with a Rotolight Anova V2 and Rotolight Neo 3 Light Kit solved all of our previous problems .

The tunable colour capabilities of both the Neo and Anova lights worked amazingly with our requirements, whether it be for interview/piece to camera shots or setting the mood for the promo shots using the supplied filter packs .

We're thrilled to have been able to provide the right solution for the job and be a part of this huge event for Monster. The Rotolights didn't fail to impress and did exactly what we required from them. Easy to set up and use with no flicker really does make these lights a go to piece of equipment for me!
