The GoPro cycling team is rolling a bit deeper these days as we welcome the dynamic brother duo Justin and Cory Williams to the team. The brothers, hailing from South Central, Los Angeles, have taken the cycling world by storm the past few years. Justin is an 11-time (and current defending) U.S. National Champion. We are beyond excited to welcome these two to the GoPro Fam.

In 2018, Justin landed on the podium in 30 out of 35 races and is holds 15 California State Champion titles. He's also clinched accolades in the North Star Grand Prix Sprint (2017), second place in Red Hook Brooklyn (2018), second place in Tulsa Tough Grand Prix/ Stage 1 + 2 (2018) and won the Dana Point Grand Prix (2017). While the brothers train together regularly, Cory hung up the competitive helmet in 2018 and has been focused on more content creation and teaching the world about competitive cycling through his eyes.

Between chasing national titles, training and looking for opportunities to mix it up on the world stage, the Willliams say they enjoy playing basketball and snowboarding. These two also look for opportunities to give back at home. They started a cycling team for Black and Latino youth in South Central Los Angeles. Their goal is to continue to inspire the next generation of American cyclists and GoPro is proud to help support them in that endeavor.

It sits in the middle of everything and can capture what the hands are doing while riding. I think this is a great view because it shows how someone feathers the brakes around corners and how some pre-loads shift when lining up for an attack or when hitting a climb.
