Strong bet LG by televisions OLED La compa a pone en marcha nuevas plantas de fabricaci n de pantallas OLED en Brasil, Polonia, China, Tailandia y M xico.
Visitors to the stand of LG en CES 2014 tienen la oportunidad de descubrir todo el rango de novedades en televisores OLED: el modelo m s grande de OLED curvo con Ultra HD, el 77EC9800, junto con distintos equipos OLED de 55 y 65 pulgadas. Tambi n se exhibe en Las Vegas el elegante OLED Gallery y el modelo m s ecol gico de OLED curvo, el 55EB9600.
Los televisores OLED curvos de 55, 65 y 77 pulgadas combinan la exclusiva tecnolog a WRGB de LG con una resoluci n 4K (3840 x 2160 p xeles). De este modo, se logra un nuevo nivel en cuanto a la calidad y a visionado envolvente. El 77EC9800 llena todo el campo visual del espectador con una imagen bien contrastada y con la m xima resoluci n. En cuanto a dise o, tiene una elegante peana en forma de hoja. Adem s, ha sido reconocido con el preciado galard n Best of Innovations en los premios del CES 2014.
La temperatura del color de cada p xel en el modelo de 77 pulgadas se controla de manera autom tica por el LG Color Refiner, para ofrecer una consistencia superior y un buen balance. El ratio de contraste infinito que ofrece se controla con el algoritmo High Dynamic Range (HDR) de la compa a. Por otro lado, este televisor tambi n ofrece Ultra Cinema 3D. Gracias a la tecnolog a FPR y a la resoluci n Ultra HD, el espectador podr disfrutar de los efectos 3D m s realistas que se hayan podido ver hasta el momento, sin tener que soportar los molestos parpadeos o interferencias.
Para enriquecer la oferta de contenidos en alta resoluci n, el 77EC9800 ha sido equipado con el motor Tru-ULTRA HD Engine Pro, que permite escalar contenidos en definici n est ndar, en HD o en Full HD hasta una resoluci n cercana al 4K. Adem s, el procesado cuenta con un algoritmo de correcci n de errores que evita im genes borrosas en el proceso de ampliaci n y garantiza los resultados m s fluidos. El televisor tambi n incorpora Motion Estimation Motion Compensation (MEMC), que hace que la acci n de la pantalla sea m s suave, clara y realista.
Los consumidores tambi n descubrir n que los modelos OLED curvos de LG est n preparados para el futuro, ya que son capaces de reproducir contenidos en Ultra HD, en formato H.264 y HEVC H.265, tanto a 30p como a 60p. Un pr ctico descodificador integrado hace posible que se puedan ver contenidos en Ultra HD a trav s de los puertos HDMI, USB o LAN. Junto con todo esto, el 77EC9800 incorpora la nueva plataforma Smart TV que permite disfrutar de la experiencia de la televisi n conectada de una manera sencilla e intuitiva.

De cara a la creciente demanda global de televisores OLED, LG est estableciendo bases de producci n en distintos pa ses. La compa a ya ha completado la construcci n de nuevas plantas en Brasil, Polonia, China y Tailandia. En M xico hay otra planta m s en la fase final de construcci n y comenzar este a o a producir televisores OLED para el mercado norteamericano.
Con la creaci n de esta red de producci n global de televisores OLED, LG demuestra su apuesta por el desarrollo de estos equipos de ltima generaci n. Con la puesta en marcha de las distintas plantas de producci n estrat gicas que proveer n a sus mercados cercanos, LG busca reducir los costes de exportaci n e incrementar la competitividad de sus precios.
