Imagine Communications It will show for the first time in 2014 IBC VersioCloud, its new broadcast platform based on IP and integrated cloud. This pioneering solution allows media companies to manage the operations of video and broadcast multichannel from the cloud, enabling them to accelerate the launch of new channels and extend their brands and content with more freedom, visibility and control.

With VersioCloud, all functions of issuance of integrated traditional channels are run from the cloud, including branding, graphic design, automation and server capabilities. Available as a part of the playout solution on cloud, the newly announced control Magellan SDN Orchestrator software and the capability of processing and understanding offered by selenium, VersioCloud will allow a transparent management of hybrid content SDI, ASI, and IP, providing a gateway between IP and transport in bandabase.
Playout cloud, enabled by VersioCloud, profoundly improves interactions between providers of content, distributors, networks and consumers own video through the redefinition of the technology necessary to create, store, deliver and monetize video content. The combination of emission based on the cloud and hybrid transportation improves all parts of the television business, including better visibility to optimize advertising emission, efficient methods of disaster recovery, the rapid creation of channel to accommodate seasonal events or unique, the expansion of brands and content in new markets and new geographieswithout requiring costly installations as a platform for pay-as-you-go as a Service (PaaS) to reduce to a large extent the barrier of cost and time compared to traditional methods of establishment of linear channels and OTT.
