Virtualize your next event and simplify your live streams with AJA Video Systems HELO, a standalone device for streaming, recording and delivering high quality H.264 video with the push of a button. Host virtual events and keep teams connected with professional live web streaming, online video presentations, video chats or web conferences powered by HELO.

Portable and standalone, HELO encodes and streams H.264 from HDMI or SDI video signals, with simultaneous recording capabilities to a network share or removable media. HELO offers both 3G-SDI and HDMI source inputs in a single device with the ability to encode up to 1080p 60 in beautiful and efficient H.264. H.264/MPEG-4 encoding ensures bandwidth efficiencies while a web-based UI makes advanced setup and configuration simple. Small and robust in form factor and featuring professional connectivity, HELO is essential for live events, webcasts, production and post environments.

HELO is compatible with a wide range of CDNs including YouTube, Ustream, Vimeo, Akamai, Elemental Live Cloud, Twitch and Facebook Live, as well as streaming products vMix, Wirecast, Adobe Media Platform, Amino STB and Wowza. Users can stream to the CDN of their choice, while simultaneously recording to SD, SDHC or SDXC cards; USB storage; or NFS or CIFS mounted network based shares. HELO also includes HLS streaming support for streaming to a range of iOS connected devices on a shared WiFi network, perfect for added visual content at an event, or extending the reach at a large facility for a more immersive experience.

In addition to HELO, AJA offers a range of powerful I/O solutions to simplify streaming and OTT workflows. For multi-camera workflows, connect multiple SDI and HDMI sources through Thunderbolt 3 with the AJA Io 4K Plus or via a PCIe 3.0 card with AJA KONA 5. Live switch between multiple sources and add graphics and effects with applications including vMix or Wirecast. AJA U-TAP offers USB 3.0 connected SDI and HDMI capture, bringing professional video input to any Mac, Windows or Linux workstation with integrated support for a wide range of streaming and video conferencing software applications.
