Portable and standalone, HELO encodes and streams H.264 from HDMI or SDI video signals, with simultaneous recording capabilities to a network share or removable media. HELO is compatible with a wide range of CDNs including YouTube, Ustream, Vimeo, Akamai, Elemental Live Cloud, Twitch and Facebook Live, as well as streaming products vMix, Wirecast, Adobe Media Platform, Amino STB and Wowza. Users can stream to the CDN of their choice, while simultaneously recording to SD, SDHC or SDXC cards; USB storage; or NFS or CIFS mounted network based shares. HELO also includes HLS streaming support for streaming to a range of iOS connected devices on a shared WiFi network, perfect for added visual content at an event, or extending the reach at a large facility for a more immersive experience.

In addition to HELO, AJA offers a range of powerful I/O solutions to simplify streaming and OTT workflows. For multi-camera workflows, connect multiple SDI and HDMI sources through Thunderbolt 3 with the AJA Io 4K Plus or via a PCIe 3.0 card with AJA KONA 5.
