Sennheiser Teams Up with Slush Music

Sennheiser's innovative Wi-Fi based technology MobileConnect, which enables low-latency transmission of audio content to mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets, will be used throughout the venue, streaming four channels of live audio between 10:00 and 18:00 at Puristamo - Cable Factory. To tune in, all visitors need to do, is download the Sennheiser MobileConnect App onto their smartphone/tablet from either the iTunes store or Google Play. They can then switch between four channels listening to Aitokaiku Live, Nordic Playlist Audio Bar, Red Bull Music Academy Radio, and the Tempo Stage - all playing in real time.

As the first day of exhilarating Slush program smoothly sails into the night extravaganza, over 16,500 visitors will gather together at the Cable Factory to enjoy the Official Day 1 Afterparty, where from 22:00 until midnight, Sennheiser will host Silent Disco event with Rony Rex, Lil Tony, Windows95man, and Super8 & Tab, all playing simultaneously via MobileConnect. Those who like to groove in silence can listen to the music through their own headsets, giving them the remarkable opportunity to personalise the sound of the party and move to their own beat.

For a chance to win a pair of award-winning MOMENTUM Wireless headphones, visitors will also be able to enter a picture of themselves at the Silent Disco as part of the Twitter/Instagram social media competition using #Sennheiser #Slush16.
