New bespoke podcast series Dirty Laundry to drop on November 12 for RT On Climate

For RT on Climate week 2FM's Tara Stewart will explore sustainable fashion in a brand-new RT podcasts series called Dirty Laundry. The six part series will cover everything from the way we buy clothes, to what the future holds for fashion influencers, and how the big brands are handling the climate crisis. The first episode will drop on Tuesday 12th of November.Dirty Laundry host Tara Stewart said : I'm soexcited to have episode one of my new podcast Dirty Laundry land on 12 November. The series is about sustainable fashion and also my journey on learning more to implement fashion changes in my life. And who better to learn from than the experts that I have on this podcast. I had a fascinating time recording it and I hope listeners enjoy it and take something from it.

Over the six episodes host Tara Stewart will catch up with to Taz Kelleher and Geraldine Carton, two power houses, who have set up Sustainable Dublin. They will discuss new ways to revamp your wardrobe in an eco-friendly manner, chat about the resurgence of trades such as the cobbler and the tailor and how our grannies were the original Sustainable Fashion Queens!

Delving deeper into the sustainable fashion movement Tara meets Jump the Hedges' founder S ofra Caherty about fabrics and big corporations and she will have a panel of experts to answer frequently asked questions around fashion.

In another episode Tara will also be joined by fashion influencer and entrepreneur Roz Purcell. Recorded in front of a live audience in The Mutiny Theatre, they'll discuss what the future holds for those passionate about the climate and sustainable fashion and how they are adapting to these new changes.

Each episode will also feature Five Fast Facts' on sustainable fashion.

Dirty Laundry is part RT On Climate week which will put an increased focus on climate with dedicated content to coincide with Science Week. Viewers and listeners will see brand-new content across TV, radio and online, and dedicated news features across the week of the 11th to 15th of November 2019.
