The sixth stop on the Iron Mountain Time Capsule summer road trip comes to us from the home base of an Iron Mountain customer Emily Speight, records information management coordinator, of Red Deer County. Let's get to know Emily a little bit better and find out what she is putting into the time capsule.

Emily loves how the industry changes as technology evolves and so do the challenges we face on a day-to-day basis. In her role, she has been given the opportunity to implement a lot of changes and take on big projects. Project challenges, along with her coworkers, keep her engaged and happy.

Outside of the office, Emily is an avid music and dance fan. Her iTunes library ranges from a variety of music from classical to hip-hop. In her spare time, Emily and her husband dance West Coast swing and play guitar. Most of her dancing and random bursts into song occur while working on the computer or dancing away at the photocopier while waiting for larger print jobs.

As the time capsule touches down in Red Deer County, Canada, Emily is adding an iPhone. She predicts in the next five years that more companies will take the initiative to put policies in place to manage some issues around BYOD and downloading apps.
