Cleveland, Ohio (August 14, 2025) - Telos Alliance , a trusted global leader in broadcast audio for more than three decades, joins Fraunhofer IIS in announcing a demonstration of the first complete IP production and broadcasting chain utilizing MPEG-H Audio to transport audio and S-ADM metadata over SMPTE ST 2110-30 and 2110-41.

The first demonstration showcasing this workflow will be at SET Expo 2025, Latin America's premier business and technology event, August 18 to 21, 2025, in S o Paulo, Brazil. It will be followed by demonstrations at Europe's leading broadcasting and technology exhibition, IBC, which will run from September 12 to 15, 2025, in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

These demonstrations will highlight the interoperability of advanced, purpose-built IP-based production and distribution tools in the J nger Audio flexAI platform and the Linear Acoustic AMS Authoring and Monitoring System employing Fraunhofer's MPEG-H Audio technology. These integrations illustrate firsthand how MPEG-H Audio enables automated, real-time switching between various audio and video formats with seamless S-ADM metadata carriage over ST 2110-41.

BBright's Integrated Playout media platform and Ateme's lineup of MPEG-H-equipped emission encoders will round out the demonstrations.

MPEG-H Audio is the first audio technology to be deployed in regular 4K terrestrial broadcasting applications, and the sole audio system selected for Brazil's DTV+ branded implementation of TV 3.0 to deliver Next Generation Audio to viewers. Its adoption underscores the technology's readiness for large-scale deployment in modern IP-based broadcast environments, and when combined with S-ADM, empowers broadcasters to deliver features such as customizable commentary, dialogue enhancement, and immersive sound that can be dynamically customized to individual viewer preferences in real time.
