Mediaset Spain improve its operating margin by 41.8% Q3 Logra un EBITDA ajustado de 57,57 millones y un EBIT de 45,39 millones, con un margen sobre ingresos que se sit a en el 9,9% (3,5 puntos m s que en el mismo periodo de 2012) y el 7,8% (3,4 puntos por delante de 2012), respectivamente. Entre enero y septiembre Publiespa a ha alcanzado unos ingresos brutos de publicidad de 564,49 millones.
Mediaset Espa a, en unas condiciones de mercado a n adversas, ha cerrado el tercer trimestre de 2013 mejorando sus m rgenes operativos con una nueva reducci n de costes.
La compa a ha alcanzado un EBITDA ajustado de 57,57 millones de euros y un EBIT de 45,39 millones, con un margen sobre ingresos que se sit a en el 9,9% (3,5 puntos m s que en el mismo periodo de 2012) y el 7,8% (3,4 puntos por delante de 2012), respectivamente.
Los costes de Mediaset se ha reducido un 10,7% en los primeros nueve meses respecto al mismo periodo del a o anterior hasta situarse en 538,55 millones de euros.
Esta reducci n se debe en parte al impacto de la comparativa con los costes de la Eurocopa de F tbol de 2012 y, no obstante, la compa a ha demostrado en estos meses una vez m s la elevada capacidad operativa de adaptar el gasto de su parrilla a la realidad del mercado publicitario.
Publiespa a ha registrado unos ingresos brutos totales de publicidad de 564,49 millones, con una cuota de inversi n del 43,7% (dato Infoadex). La explotaci n de la marca Mediaset Espa a desde el rea Comercial se ha situado hasta septiembre en 45,71 millones de euros, contribuyendo a la obtenci n de unos ingresos netos totales de 583,94 millones de euros.
El beneficio neto ajustado de Mediaset Espa a ha ascendido a 33,54 millones de euros, lo que supone un margen del 5,7% sobre ingresos, con un beneficio neto de 22,14 millones de euros.
La diferencia de estos 11,40 millones de euros se debe al impacto de las amortizaciones de intangibles correspondientes a Cuatro (6,00 millones) y Digital+ (5,40 millones), derivadas de la asignaci n definitiva del precio de adquisici n de activos y pasivos de estas sociedades (Purchase Price Allocation, PPA).

El consejero delegado de Televisi n, Paolo Vasile, afirma por su parte que Mediaset Espa a cuenta con la mejor oferta de contenidos televisivos de Espa a para 2014. Sin acumular un solo euro de deuda, la compa a se ha preparado para situarse en una posici n preferente en el momento en que se inicie la recuperaci n econ mica.
