the Academia de Televisi n y de las Ciencias y las Artes del Audiovisual organiza en colaboraci n con la Oficina del Parlamento Europeo en Espa a el encuentro Ley Europea de Comunicaci n Audiovisual: Las claves de su transposici n en Espa a.
Esta jornada reunir hoy 13 de abril a un grupo de expertos para debatir sobre la transposici n a Espa a de la Directiva de servicios de comunicaci n audiovisual, aprobada el 14 de noviembre de 2018.
Los Estados miembros ten an hasta el 19 de septiembre de 2020 para trasponer esta directiva. Sin embargo, solo Dinamarca, Hungr a, los Pa ses Bajos y Suecia han notificado las medidas de transposici n y declarado que su notificaci n est completa.
El 23 de noviembre de 2020, La Comisi n envi cartas notificando un procedimiento de infracci n al resto de Estados miembros, incluido Espa a, y el Reino Unido.
En Espa a el plazo para presentar alegaciones en el marco del proceso de audiencia p blica del Anteproyecto de Ley General de Comunicaci n Audiovisual finaliz el pasado 3 de diciembre.
Entre otras cuestiones se abordar cu les son los puntos clave de la directiva y su transposici n a Espa a? qu se ha transmitido en la consulta p blica? Y los siguientes pasos en el calendario? c mo son las nuevas reglas que contempla para el sector? qu impacto tendr en los creadores audiovisuales?
En el debate moderado por la periodista y presidenta de la Academia de Televisi n, Mar a Casado participar n: Ib n Garc a del Blanco (S&D), miembro de la Comisi n de Cultura del Parlamento Europeo; M Teresa Arcos, directora general de Telecomunicaciones y de Ordenaci n de los Servicios de Comunicaci n Audiovisual; Ver nica Oll , secretaria general de la Corporaci n RTVE; Miguel Langle, director de Asuntos Regulatorios y Relaciones Institucionales de Atresmedia; y Marisa Castelo, acad mica y presidenta del Instituto Autor.
